Your personal data. You leave them with us, because that is necessary when you want to ask something, sign up, or make a purchase of our services/products. Very secure

All the data you leave with us are stored in well-secured digital environments. Someone who has nothing to do with your data cannot access it.

If we share your data with someone else - you can read below why and when we do that - then we demand that the other party handles your data as carefully as we do and uses it only for the purpose for which they were received. If you feel that this is not the case, please let us know via email or phone.

Personal

Your data are used to monitor how you use our services. We use these statistics for monitoring purposes. We will also use your email address to send informative emails, surveys, or emails with offers for match tickets and invitations to events. Your data are only shared with the football association you are affiliated with for monitoring and statistics. In certain situations, we will share the data with our regional agent, who maintains contact with your association. The purpose is to monitor usage and improve it if necessary. Purely informative.

We can make adjustments to your data at your request. The association you are affiliated with can also do this. Furthermore, we use the data solely for invoicing towards your association. We expect your association to handle your data as carefully as we do.

Your account

For your account, we only use your name and email address, and we want to know which team(s) you train or coordinate. In most cases, someone within your association will store this data within the VTON application. By using the VTON application(s), we can see how often you, for example, download a training session. Such data provide us and your association with insights.

Customer Service

You can call, email, or chat with us from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. On Fridays, we are less reachable in the afternoon.

To help you quickly with questions, we use your data and only make notes as needed, which we store in our well-secured digital environment.

Reviews

We love reviews. And so do our customers. If you want to write a review, choose yourself whether your personal data or your name should be visible to other visitors and whether we may contact you about your review. We keep track of who writes which review.

Contests

If you participate in a promotion or contest, we will ask for your name, address, email address, the name of your football association, and possibly also which team(s) you are affiliated with. This way, we can carry out the promotion and announce the prize winner(s). We also measure the response to our advertising campaigns in this way.

Fraud

No one wants fraud, including us. That's why we use customer data to investigate, prevent, and combat fraud. If necessary, we will provide customer data to the government.

Business Customers and Partner Program

We also store data of the contact person from our business customers and partners. If they are personal data, we treat this data just like that of our other customers.

Social Media

If you use social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, or others, you can, for example, react to messages, photos, and videos that we have published. We may respond to these by liking your response or asking a question.

What we don't do with your data?

We will never sell your data to others.
